Startup and Monitoring of Slurry Pump

1. Before running, the slurry pump should fill the pool with clean water, open the pump inlet valve and close the pump outlet valve.
2. Then start the pump, and slowly open the outlet valve of the pump after the pump is started
3, at the same time according to the required amount of slurry into the pool
4. The size and speed of the opening degree of the pump outlet valve should be controlled by the pump not vibrating and the motor not exceeding the rated current until the page can be stabilized at a position of 0.5-1 m above the inlet pipe.
5. Regular inspection during operation and timely adjustment of packing gland or replacement of packing
6, pay attention to check the bearing operation, not into the mine operation, such as bearing into the mine must immediately stop for cleaning oil change
7. The bearing temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃
8. If the bearing heats up when it starts to run, the pump can be stopped until the bearing is cooled and run again. If it still heats up severely, it must be stopped.
9, timely adjustment to the amount of ore or add water or pump outlet valve, under any circumstances to prohibit the pump pumping caused by vibration
10, prohibit any block material into the pump, to prevent blockage or damage to the pump lining
11, according to the oil level of the pump timely refueling
12. Check whether the pressure of the water seal is normal, whether it is blocked, whether the water quantity is sufficient, and whether the water quality is clean
13. Check the lubricating oil level of each part, whether the oil temperature is normal, the lubricating oil should be clear, and the oil temperature should not exceed 50 degrees
14. Pay attention to observe whether the working current of the motor is normal and whether the motor has abnormal noise
