This series of products adopts excellent hydraulic model, which has the characteristics of high operating efficiency, wide efficient area and light performance coverage, and can operate for a long time under efficient and economical working conditions. SDL type is an ordinary vertical multi-stage pump, which is used to transport liquid temperature ≤ 80 ℃, non-corrosive clean water or liquid with similar specific gravity. It is suitable for floor fire domestic water supply and cooling circulating water for air conditioning units.

    Structure Description


    Normal temperature type and high temperature type vertical multistage centrifugal pump are supported at both ends, and the shell part is segmental. The transmission mode of the pump is connected with the motor through the elastic coupling. See diagram for pump structure description3.

    1, Stator part:

    It is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, discharge section, guide vane, stuffing box body, bearing parts, etc., which are respectively connected into one body by tightening bolts and bolts. The discharge outlets are vertical upward, the suction inlet of the room temperature type bedroom multi-stage pump is horizontal, the suction inlet of the high temperature type bedroom multi-stage pump is vertical upward, and the suction inlet and discharge outlet of the vertical multi-stage pump are horizontal.

    2, Rotor section

    Mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance plate and shaft sleeve and other parts

    3, Seal of pump

    The static joint surface between suction section, middle section and discharge section shall be sealed with paper pad.
    Throttling seal is adopted between all stages of pump.
    Water retaining ring is used to prevent water from entering the bearing chamber.
    This series of pumps have two kinds of packing seal structure and mechanical seal structure. Packing seal structure before the operation of the pump, the need to be higher than the atmospheric pressure of water through the water seal pipe, into the suction section and the packing chamber of the stuffing box, sealing and lubrication.
    Mechanical seal structure, mechanical seal can be used in the assembly type mechanical seal, easy assembly, maintenance. A user-supplied mechanical seal may also be employed.

    4, Cooling system

    Because the temperature of the liquid transported by the high temperature pump can reach105℃In order to prevent the bearings at both ends of the pump from overheating and damage, this type of pump is equipped with a cooling system. If the bearing temperature exceeds 75℃ Cooling water can be filled into the water cooling chamber and water cooling pipe at both ends of the pump to cool the stator and shaft respectively.

    5. Bearing part

    The entire rotor is supported by bearings at both ends of the shaft. The rolling bearings are lubricated with grease. Sliding bearing used N46 machine oil lubrication

    Installation method 


     

    Safety Precautions

    Before Operation:
    Ensure the vertical multistage centrifugal pump is properly installed, securely grounded, and that the power supply meets the equipment's specifications.
    During Operation:
    Do not operate the pump without liquid inside, as dry running can cause severe damage.
    Do not arbitrarily change the pump's rotational speed to avoid equipment damage.
    If abnormal vibration or noise is detected, stop the pump immediately and inspect it.
    During Maintenance:
    Always disconnect the power and release pressure before performing any disassembly or maintenance. Ensure the fluid in the pipeline is fully drained before starting repairs.

    Installation Guidelines

    Foundation Preparation:
    Make sure the foundation is level, stable, and capable of supporting the weight of both the vertical multistage centrifugal pump and its motor.
    Piping Connections:
    The inlet pipeline should be as short and straight as possible. Install a filter to prevent debris from entering the pump.
    The outlet pipeline should include a check valve and control valve to prevent backflow and allow for flow adjustments.
    Electrical Connections:
    Verify that the power voltage matches the specifications on the motor nameplate, and ensure the wiring complies with electrical standards.
    Install appropriate overload protection devices.
    Test Run:
    Close the outlet valve before starting the pump. Once the pump is running, slowly open the valve to adjust the flow rate.
    Check the operating current, noise level, and vibration of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump to ensure proper functioning.

    Operating Instructions

    Pre-Start Checks:
    Confirm that both the inlet and outlet valves are open, and that the pump chamber is filled with liquid.
    Ensure that the motor and control systems are functioning properly.
    Startup Procedure:
    Turn on the power switch, then gradually open the outlet valve.
    Adjust to the desired flow rate and head to avoid overloading the vertical multistage centrifugal pump.
    Shutdown Procedure:
    Gradually close the outlet valve, then turn off the power.
    Regularly check the pump chamber for remaining liquid to prevent it from drying out during extended shutdown periods.
