SFY series liquid pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction pump, used for conveying solid particles and not easy to crystallize the corrosive liquid. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 degrees Celsius -150 degrees Celsius. Special needs can be -50 ℃-150 ℃. The pump has the characteristics of small footprint, reliable use, convenient maintenance, and strong corrosion resistance. At the same time, it cancels the mechanical seal commonly used in other submerged pumps, and selects a unique structure of the impeller, so that the pump has no leakage and long life.     Product Structure 


     

     

    • The submerged pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, liquid discharge pipe, bearing frame, base plate, motor frame and other parts.
    • The suction inlet of the vertical chemical centrifugal pump is along the axis direction, and the outlet is parallel to the axis.
    • The ss chemical pump turns clockwise from the suction inlet to the motor end.
    • The vertical motor of the pump is fixed on the motor seat by bolts, and directly drives with the pump through an elastic coupling. The pump body, the intermediate connecting pipe, the pump frame, the liquid discharge pipe and the pipe flange are connected by bolts and fixed on the bottom plate. The whole pump is installed on the container through the bottom plate. Other main parts of the pump, such as motor base, pump frame and chassis, except for liquid contact parts, are made of cast iron.
    • The axial force and radial force of Shanglishi Vertical Chemical Centrifugal Pump (including the water pressure generated during the operation of the pump, the weight of the impeller and the rotor, etc.) are borne by the one-way thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings and sliding guide shafts installed in the bearing box. In order to ensure the safe and normal operation of the pump, the bearings are lubricated with butter, and the liquid conveyed by the guide bearings is lubricated. Therefore, the liquid level must be higher than the center line of the impeller when working.
    • The vertical chemical centrifugal pump adopts soft packing seal as the basic sealing form and uses butter at the packing ring to ensure the normal operation of the packing and prolong the service life. Appropriate amount of molybdenum disulfide should be added to the butter.
    • In addition, the corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump series under liquid is divided into the structure of the intermediate guide bearing and the structure without the intermediate guide bearing due to the different length of the length L extending into the container.
