    SZBQ type intelligent submersible slurry pump is a new product designed and manufactured by our company on the basis of widely absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad. it has the characteristics of high degree of intelligence (with overload, phase loss, short circuit, water leakage, motor winding overtemperature, bearing overtemperature and other protection functions), abrasion resistance and high efficiency. It mainly conveys media containing solid particles (such as mineral powder, ash, iron oxide, coal slime, sediment and gravel, etc.) below 70 ℃, which is suitable for mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, river dredging, sand digging and other industries.

    When conveying high temperature medium, special instructions are required in advance, and our company can make individual customization. The pH value of the medium is generally 6~8. The maximum weight concentration of the delivered solid-liquid mixture: mortar concentration up to 45%, pulp concentration up to 60%. The protection class of the motor housing is IP68.

    In order to facilitate maintenance, this series of pumps have two installation methods: fixed and mobile. The fixed type is to fix the quick-fitting guide rail parts on the foundation. If quick-fitting guide rail parts are used, when the pump needs maintenance, the pump can be lifted up along the guide rail by iron chain, and then lowered along the guide rail after repair, and automatically connected with the quick-fitting elbow.

    The pump can be equipped with automatic control device. The control device is divided into ordinary water supply and drainage type; water supply and drainage type with overflow alarm system; continuous and automatic alternating drainage type; continuous and automatic alternating drainage type with overflow alarm system. Users can choose according to specific conditions.

    Structure Description

    1. Pump body impeller

    On the basis of measured experiments, the pump body and impeller are carefully selected and matched. The pump body impeller is made of high chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material, with good flow, high efficiency, flat power curve, not easy to overload, accurate impeller balance, small vibration and stable transportation.

    2. Mixing wheel

    The stirring wheel is located at the bottom of the pump, which can stir the sludge precipitated at the bottom of the water into turbulence and extract it. It integrates diving, stirring, sand blowing and sand pumping, with high sand absorption efficiency and more thorough dredging.

    3. Motor

    Specially designed submersible motor, IPX8 protection, class F insulation allows temperature rise, under normal temperature rise conditions, the motor insulation life is long, while the diving cooling effect is good, the actual temperature rise is low, and the motor insulation life is longer.

    4. Motor cooling

    The heat of the motor is dissipated through the casing. As long as the motor stator casing is submerged, it can operate reliably and safely. The more submerged, the more favorable the motor cooling.

    5. Shaft seal

    The motor shaft seal adopts two independent mechanical seals in series to form two reliable sealing lines. The first in the pump medium, the sealing surface with the increase of medium pressure more tightly, effectively prevent water from entering the oil chamber. The second channel is in the oil chamber to prevent oil from entering the motor. If the first channel fails (its working conditions are worse than the second channel), the second channel can still prevent oil and water from entering the motor. Under normal use, the trouble-free operation time exceeds 8000h.

    6. Oil chamber

    The oil chamber is a barrier to prevent the medium from entering the motor from the pump shaft and prevent the medium from penetrating into the electrode. If the first machine seal leaks, the buffer medium from the oil chamber cannot directly enter the motor. At the same time, the friction surface of the two independent machine seal is lubricated and cooled to make the machine seal work more reliable. In addition, he can also take away the heat generated by the heat of the bearing and some of the heat of the motor.

    7. Bearing

    The lower double row angular contact bearing has strong bearing capacity, and the upper deep groove bearing constitutes the reliable support of the motor water pump shaft. It has a large bearing margin for the radial and axial forces and other reasons generated by the sewage pump to ensure the smooth operation of the unit. And long life.

    8. Cable and its sealing

    (1) The cable is a heavy-duty rubber-sheathed flexible cable resistant to sewage. The cable core section is designed for long-term reliable operation under 40 ℃ ambient temperature and full load power of the motor. If the sewage pump is working, the motor will run under non-full load power or under 40 ℃ in the environment, and the service life will be longer.

    (2) The cable rubber sleeve and the motor gland are sealed and compressed to prevent the medium from penetrating into the motor cavity from the interface between the cable and the motor cover.

    (3) There is rubber vulcanization between the cable sleeve and the wire core. Once the rubber jacket is scratched, it can still effectively prevent the medium from entering the motor from the cable.

    9. Motor housing

    The casing, upper end cover, gland and other components of the motor shell, the parts of the joint fit with a reliable static seal, each are subject to strict hydraulic test inspection, to ensure no leakage.

    10. Safety protection in pump (through special electric control cabinet)

    (1) Oil-water probe: installed in the oil chamber to detect the leakage of the first machine seal (in the medium), and send an alarm signal when the leakage medium reaches a certain proportion in the oil chamber.

    (2) Float switch: installed in the motor cavity to detect the leakage of the second machine seal. When the oil (oil-water mixture) enters the motor, the float switch will send an alarm signal and stop the pump.

    (3) Thermosensitive parts: installed in the motor stator winding, if the motor is overloaded for a long time, the motor winding temperature (or other reasons motor winding heating) reaches a certain value, an alarm signal is issued and the pump is stopped.

    11. External control system

    The special electric control cabinet can process all kinds of signals in the pump to realize the functions of control, protection, sound and light alarm, and a variety of automatic control of single pump and multi pump.

On the basis of widely absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, we have designed and manufactured a new series of products-SZBQ series intelligent submersible slurry pump. That is, in the event of pump leakage, overload, over-temperature and other failures, it can automatically alarm and automatically shut down for repair. It is necessary to set up a protection system in the submersible slurry pump, which can effectively protect the safe operation of the electric pump, greatly extend the service life of the submersible slurry pump and make it have a high degree of intelligence.

    The characteristics of intelligent submersible slurry pump are as follows:
    1. The pump casing and impeller are made of high chromium wear-resistant A05 material, the latest design of the impeller, volute structure efficiency of more than 80%.
     

    2. This pump adopts double machine seal design, two sets of friction pairs made of tungsten carbide are used in series, one set of machine seal is installed in the oil chamber, and one set of contact medium liquid is transported. Add cooling oil in the oil chamber to lubricate, cool and clean the machine seal. Machine seal design automatic balance working pressure device, the normal diving depth of 20 meters design, the service life of up to 30000 hours or more.

    3. The motor shell can be made of Q235 steel material, compared with the past ordinary cast iron, put an end to the shell seepage, improve the protection level, fastening screws with 316 material, to ensure the motor running life, life is 2 times longer than ordinary materials.

    4. The stator and rotor of the motor adopt 600 silicon steel sheet, which has higher electromagnetic efficiency. The electromagnetic copper wire Q2T/180 high temperature resistant copper wire, and the medium temperature resistance of the equipment exceeds 70 degrees, which greatly improves the overload resistance and service life of the motor, and the energy efficiency of the motor reaches level 2.

    5. The motor structure has been redesigned and optimized, using a new structure bearing support, the motor shaft adopts 4Cr13 quenching and tempering treatment, the operating life of the motor is greatly extended, which is more than 2 times that of the traditional motor.

    6. Electronic control can be customized 380V-600V voltage range, 50-60Hz frequency. The monitoring and protection adopts PLC screen display to realize the detection and alarm of bearing temperature, machine seal leakage, motor water inflow, motor overcurrent overheating and other effects on the safe operation of the motor during the operation of the pump unit, and real-time monitoring of the operation status.

    7. The connection between the cable and the motor adopts the secondary protection design to protect the motor, so as not to cause the resistance to decrease due to the damage of the cable and the water, which will affect the safety of the motor.
