Product overviewThis series of pump is a segmental multi-stage centrifugal pump, which adopts the high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic model recommend used by the state. It has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.;By changing the material of the pump(or pump flow part material), sealing form and increase the cooling system, can transport hot water, oil, corrosive and containing material medium.

Structure Description
This SD, SDG, SMD, SDF, SDY type pump is mainly composed of fixed part, rotor part, bearing and shaft seal four parts:1. Fixed part: It is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, discharge section and guide vane, etc. Each section is tightened with a bar to form a working room. The suction inlet of type D pump is horizontal and the outlet is vertical upward. DG pump outlet and inlet are both vertically upward. MD, DF and DY pumps have their outlets vertically upward and their inlets are generally horizontal. As required, they can also be produced vertically upward.
2. Rotor part: mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and shaft sleeve. The shaft transmits power to the impeller to make it work; the balance disc is used to balance the axial force; the shaft is equipped with a replaceable sleeve to protect the shaft.
3. Bearing part: mainly composed of bearing body, bearing and bearing gland. In addition to 85-67, 155-67, 600-60 type pump using sliding bearings, thin oil lubrication, the rest of the pump are used rolling bearings, dry oil lubrication.
4. Shaft seal: Generally, it is sealed with soft packing, which is mainly composed of sealing box, packing and water retaining ring on the water inlet section and the tail cover. Sealing cavity into a certain pressure of water, water seal, water cooling and water lubrication. SD type pump water seal generally comes from the pressure water in the pump, SDG, SMD, SDF, SDY type pump comes from the pressure water in the pump or external water supply. Transmission: The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. Looking at the pump from the prime mover end, the pump rotates clockwise.
Maximum suction height
When users use, should consider the impact of various factors on the use of the maximum suction height H should be lower than the following calculation value (negative value should be backward), otherwise the pump will not work properly.
