When the slurry pump is working, the pump should be placed on land, the suction pipe should be placed in the water, and the irrigation pump should be started. Due to the limitation of the structure of the mud pump and the submerged slurry pump, the motor needs to be placed on the water surface when working. The pump is placed in the water, so it must be secured, otherwise, the motor falling into the water will cause the motor to be scrapped.

When the slurry pump is working, the pump should be placed on land, the suction pipe should be placed in the water, and the irrigation pump should be started. Due to the limitation of the structure of the mud pump and the submerged slurry pump, the motor needs to be placed on the water surface when working. The pump is placed in the water, so it must be secured, otherwise, the motor falling into the water will cause the motor to be scrapped.

When the slurry pump is started, the pump is not used, and the air in the pump is not excluded to increase the exhaust measures, and the air inlet at the shaft seal is adjusted to fill in the sealing performance to ensure the water volume and water pressure of the shaft seal. Blockage of the suction pipeline or impeller to eliminate blockage, intake of the suction pipeline system, and elimination of the cause of air intake, vibration and noise. In actual use, sometimes the slurry pump will have vibration or noise conditions. These situations can happen because there is a problem inside the device, or it can be that there is damage to the accessory.

After experience, the following situations are summarized, but the specific situation is still a specific analysis.

1. The bearing assembly is unreasonable. Reattach bearings and shafts, or replace bearings.

2. The motor shaft and the pump shaft are asymmetrical or not parallel. The motor shaft or pump shaft should be adjusted, and if the shaft is deformed or bent, the shaft should be replaced directly.

3. There is friction in the pump or the impeller is out of balance. Friction should be eliminated or a new impeller replaced.

4. Pump cavitation caused by mismatch of pipe pump characteristics, adjust pump characteristics to match pipeline characteristics.

5. Add an exhaust valve to the local nest gas to eliminate the nest gas.

6. The shaft sleeve is seriously worn and replaced with a new shaft sleeve.

7. The elastic pad of the coupling has been damaged, and the elastic pad is replaced with a new one.
