The comprehensive laboratory is equipped with a range of advanced domestic and international instruments and equipment, including an optical emission spectrometer, Brinell hardness tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, metallographic microscope, Rockwell hardness tester, impact testing machine, tensile testing machine, metallographic sample cutter, metallographic sample grinder‑polisher, and a portable handheld spectrometer.
The comprehensive laboratory is equipped to conduct a wide range of performance tests and inspections on components. For example, it can analyze the content of various metallic elements in component materials, examine the internal microstructure of alloy materials, perform Brinell hardness (HB) measurements, assess Rockwell hardness (HR) values, and carry out tests, inspections, and analyses for internal defects in workpieces, spheroidal graphite cast iron spheroidization rates, and grade evaluations.
The comprehensive laboratory maintains clear, rigorous operational management procedures and employs dedicated assay personnel who work around the clock in rotating shifts to conduct testing on each batch of molten iron and to perform maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments, thereby providing reliable assurance that all components meet the company’s and customers’ stringent internal quality requirements.
