1. Chemical pump heating
Reasons: The bearing is damaged; the gap between the skeleton bearing or the bracket cover is too small; the pump shaft or coupling is not concentric; the packing is too tight; there is a lack of oil or the oil quality is very poor; the balancing hole on the impeller is clogged, and the dynamic balance of the impeller is damaged, increasing the Big push to one side.
Solution: Change the bearing; remove the back cover and install a gasket between the bracket and the bearing seat; check the concentricity of the pump shaft or coupling; adjust the belt tightness appropriately; add clean lubricating oil; Clear congestion in the equalization hole.

2. Insufficient traffic
Reasons: The rotation speed is low; the installation angle of the axial flow pump blades is too small; the lift is insufficient, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline has a 90-degree angle; the suction lift is high; the bottom valve, pipeline and impeller are blocked or the impeller is defective; out of service The water pipes are leaking badly.
Solution: Check the voltage; adjust the blade angle, lower the installation position of the chemical pump, reduce the pipeline or change the buckling of the pipeline; seal the leakage of the chemical pump tightly, tighten the packing; clean the impeller; change the leakage reduction ring to block the leakage at.

3. Unable to absorb water
Reason: There is air in the pump body or air accumulation in the water inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly and the filling and pumping are not satisfactory, the air pump packing is seriously leaking, and the gate valve or flap door is not closed tightly.
Solution: Fill the pump body with water and then turn it on. Check whether the check valve is tight and whether there is air leakage in the pipelines and joints. If air leakage is found, reinstall it. The oil seal of the chemical pump shaft should be replaced with a new one if it is severely worn; the pipeline is leaking or air leaking. It is possible that the nut was not tightened tightly during installation. Reinstall; if there is water leakage at the joint, use a wrench to tighten the nut. If the water leakage is serious, it must be disassembled again; reduce the lift and press the nozzle of the chemical pump 0.5m underwater.

4. Motor vibration
Reasons: The motor rotor is unbalanced; the coupling is not well joined; the bearings are worn and buckled; the rotating parts are loose and cracked; the pipeline supports are not firm, etc. severe cavitation
