The following are the reasons and solutions for unstable slurry pump flow:

1. Insufficient flow of the water pump is mostly caused by air leakage in the suction pipe and bottom valve; the water inlet is blocked, resulting in insufficient flow.
Solution: Check the source of air leakage in the suction pipe and bottom valve, and block the source of air leakage; Clean the silt or blockage at the water inlet;

2. Too low voltage results in low water pump speed. There is a direct proportional relationship between water pump flow and speed within a certain range. Insufficient speed directly affects the water output.
Solution: Check the supply voltage.

3. The pipeline leaks or there is air in the pump body, resulting in insufficient water pump flow.
Solution: Check the source of air leakage in the pipeline and discharge the air in the pump body.

4. The sealing ring or impeller is too worn. The worn impeller does not match the original standard size of the impeller, resulting in insufficient flow of the water pump.
Solution: Replace the sealing ring and impeller.

5. The water entry depth of the bottom valve is insufficient, and air is easily sucked in when pumping water, resulting in insufficient water pump flow.
Solution: Control the depth of the bottom valve according to the suction lift of the pump.
