What kind of oil is used to lubricate the slurry pump is one of the issues that customers are concerned about, and it is also a problem that needs to be understood during maintenance of the slurry pump. Slurry pump need to lubricate the place is the bearing rotor part, but different slurry pump lubricating oil is not the same, the current domestic slurry pump lubrication is mainly divided into: grease lubrication and oil lubrication two. What is Grease Lubrication
Grease lubrication is manually filled with grease in the casing to achieve lubrication. This method is mainly used for rolling bearings with a speed of no more than 3000 r/min and a temperature of no more than 115 ℃, friction pairs with a circumferential speed of less than 4.5 m/s, heavy-duty gears, worm gears, chains, wire ropes, etc.
Grease can reduce mechanical friction, prevent metal aging and prevent air leakage, oil leakage and water leakage, so as to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment.
Grease classification

What is oil lubrication?
