1. Seal structure of centrifugal pump

1. Single end seal of centrifugal pump: Injection flushing is used. The flushing fluid is subtracted second-line wax oil at about 100°C. The pressure is 0.05~0.15Mpa higher than that in the sealing chamber. Hot water (soft water) is used for rapid cooling on the outside of the gland. Generally, it can be used for one cycle (ten months).

2. Centrifugal pump metal bellows mechanical seal: compact structure, easy to install, with the same auxiliary system, the service life is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary seals.

3. Double-end mechanical seal of centrifugal pump: using cyclic flushing and external cooling, the service life is 1.5 to 2 times that of a single-end seal.

4. The friction pair of the centrifugal pump is made of hard-to-hard (YG6/YG8, SiC/SiC, etc.), which has a good effect on media with high viscosity, containing a small amount of solid particles or media with crystallization.

For single end face seals, it is effective to use injection flushing and introduce clean wax oil with a temperature of about 100°C from the outside (generally no diesel is used because diesel is a finished product), which not only reduces the temperature but also improves the working environment. method.

3. Rapidly cooled water is used on the outside of the gland; in addition to lowering the temperature, it can also prevent the sewer pipe from being clogged.
