Precautions when Using Submersible Sewage Pumps

The submersible sewage pump has significant energy-saving effect, anti-winding, no clogging, automatic installation and automatic control, and has a unique effect in discharging solid particles and long fiber garbage. The following are the precautions for use of submersible sewage pumps.

1. When the humidity sensor or temperature sensor issues an alarm, or when the vibration or noise of the pump body is abnormal during operation; or when the output water pressure drops, or the power consumption increases significantly, the submersible sewage pump should be shut down immediately for maintenance.

2. When some submersible pumps with poor sealing are immersed in water for a long time, even if they are not used, the insulation value will gradually decrease, and eventually they cannot be put into use, even in a shorter time than the working time of a continuously operating submersible sewage pump in the water. Insulation loss occurs. Therefore, the submersible pump sometimes does not play a backup role when used in the suction pool. If conditions permit, it can be used as a dry standby outside the pool. When a running submersible pump fails, immediately stop it and lift it up, and then lower the standby pump. go.

3. The submersible pump cannot be started and stopped too frequently, otherwise the service life of the submersible pump will be affected. When the submersible pump stops, the water in the pipeline will flow back. If it is restarted immediately, the load will be too heavy when the pump is started and it will bear unnecessary impact loads. In addition, if the submersible pump is started and stopped too frequently, it will be damaged and bear the impact. Parts with poor performance will cause damage to the entire electric pump.

4. After shutdown, the motor cannot be restarted until it completely stops running.

5. The power supply must be cut off when checking the electric pump.

6. When the submersible pump is working, do not wash items, swim or put livestock into the water nearby to avoid electric shock accidents when the electric pump leaks electricity.
