Shanglishi Pump Group operates with 4 production bases, covering an area of 300,000 square meters, including 200,000 square meters of workshop space.The foundry is equipped with 8 intermediate frequency electric furnaces with a total tonnage of 35 tons and an annual output of 18,000 tons of castings.

 

The company holds 5 invention patents and 25 utility model technology patents. We are dedicated to researching and developing  abrasion mechanism, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials and new products.

 

Our company has also introduced an advanced computer casting process analysis system (CAE/InteCAST). Huazhu CAE can simulate and analyze flow problems and heat transfer problems in the casting process as well as the coupled calculations of the two. The coupling calculation of flow and heat transfer can obtain the temperature distribution of the flow process, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the simulation calculation of the casting flow process and subsequent solidification process. For different casting methods, different alloy types, and using reasonable processing methods, InteCAST can quickly and accurately simulate and analyze the solidification process of various castings. Using flow and heat transfer analysis technology, Huazhu CAE can analyze the casting gating system, evaluate the performance of the gating system, and propose improvement measures to optimize the gating system; it can also analyze metal molds and optimize mold walls. Thickness, determine the mold preheating temperature, determine the degree of thermal fatigue of the mold, provide the mold cooling process, etc., to achieve the purpose of optimizing the mold design and improving product quality.

 

Our company's hydraulic design of pumps is in a leading position in the country. We use CFD (computational fluid dynamics) technology and use CFD software to predict the flow field and external characteristics of the internal flow channel of the pump, and simulate the movement of liquid in the pump chamber. Reasonably adjust the blade wrap angle and blade thickness to have a wider flow channel, reduce the relative flow velocity in the flow channel, thereby reducing the impact of the transported liquid on the flow-passing parts, reducing the wear rate of the flow-passing parts, and improving the hydraulic power of the pump efficiency.

 

When the centrifugal pump is running, when the pressure pK near the impeller blade inlet is less than the saturated vapor pressure pv at the liquid delivery temperature, the liquid vaporizes, condenses, and impacts, forming high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-frequency impact loads, causing mechanical damage to metal materials. The combined phenomenon of spalling and electrochemical corrosion damage is called cavitation.

 

Our company has modern test platforms for scientific researchers to use for research and testing, including ISO3555 B-level precision semi-automatic clean water performance test bench, slurry performance test bench, rapid life test bench, flow meter calibration device and rotary turntable wear testing machine, metal resistance test bench. Grinding material test equipment and other advanced experimental research equipment and testing equipment, specializing in research on water pump design theory, water pump performance, wear mechanism, new processes and new product development.
