TPA-3A Pump Testing System
Shanglishi Pump Group's pump testing system is one of China's four national testing centers and the sole national testing center in Northern China. The testing center at Shanglishi Group has obtained the pump product testing system certificate from the Mechanical Industry Drainage and Irrigation Machinery Product Quality Testing Centre (Zhenjiang) and the National Pump and System Engineering Technology Research Centre. On the morning of May 29, 2022, our company held a workstation inauguration ceremony. Additionally, our company is establishing an industry-university-research cooperation base for the National Pump and System Engineering Technology Research Centre.
Factory equipped with a large-scale water pump performance testing system. The system accuracy can reach the first-level accuracy of the international standard GB3216-2005 GB3216-2005 standard and is set as the "Mechanical Industry Irrigation Machinery Product Testing Center (Shijiazhuang) Workstation"
The testing system consists of a 3000m³ water pool, pipelines, valves (electric), high and low voltage power cabinets, pump product parameter measuring instruments and pump product analysis and processing software. It has a flow testing range of 0-10000m3/h, a head range of 0-40-160-1000m, power can be tested up to 355kW at low voltage and 1000kW at 10kV at high voltage.
The system is capable of measuring three-phase AC voltage, current, power, grid frequency, speed, pump inlet pressure, outlet pressure and flow rate.
It can conduct performance and cavitation tests on all types of centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial flow pumps, submerged pumps, screw pumps, fire pumps, etc. The data is automatically saved and various reports, graphs and performance indicators can be generated. Provide customers with complete and authoritative test reports.
