Process Quality Control Product Quality Control After-sales Service

To comply with ISO9001:2015 quality certification and meet product design requirements, our company has prepared a variety of technical documents such as machining process cards, assembly process cards, welding process cards and painting process cards of individual parts to guide the production operations, and strictly stipulate the operation specifications to ensure the conformity of product quality.

 

During part processing and production, both operators and full-time inspectors perform inspections based on product part quality tracking cards that specify 'main precision and technical requirements'. Quality control points are established for key parts, ensuring comprehensive tracking and control. The parts quality tracking card monitors the entire process from part processing to final machine assembly and after-sales service. Notably, tracking cards are used during machining and assembly processes to track relevant components, workforce, and to maintain records. When traceability is required by a contract or order, each product is marked with original information, allowing traceability of various quality records throughout the production process. In case of any issues, prompt identification of causes and subsequent improvement measures are taken.

1.Subcontracting:

Our company sources various casting blanks, including gray iron, cast iron, and other types, from quality-assured subcontracting manufacturers.

Round steel → Blanking → Turning (the long axis needs to be straightened after blanking: end face, center hole and outer circle) → Heat Treatment→Straightening→Semi-extractive lathe→Chrome plating→Rough grinding →Keyway milling → Refined grinding → Inspection → Oiling → Storage

1. Quality Control of Outsourced Castings

 

★ The outsourcing foundry for fixed-point production must undergo a comprehensive investigation of quality assurance capability and audit of site management, and will be identified as a fixed-point production unit only when it is assessed as a qualified supplier. Quarterly follow-up assessment of outsourced casting plants is conducted for dynamic management.

★ Physical and chemical testing of product casting materials on a sample basis.

 

2. Quality Control of the Product Processing Process

 

Products from parts processing - assembly - the whole process of the factory have quality tracking card implementation tracking records, the traceability of product quality to provide assurance (see the specific product process quality control).

 

3. Quality Control of the Whole Process of Product Formation

 

In accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001-2000 quality assurance system, incoming inspection, process inspection, inspection points in each process and factory inspection are set up to ensure that products that do not meet the requirements do not flow into the next process and that unqualified products do not leave the factory.

 

4. Quality Control of Product Technical Tests

 

Each impeller is tested for balance, and the pump body can withstand two times the static pressure of the equipment, and the test time is 30 minutes. The company has a testing system for the full performance of the pumps that meets the national B-level precision. Pump performance tests are carried out according to the national ISO 2548 standard for pump units with conventional voltage motors. At the same time, we provide the user with a pump performance test report and a technical performance graph of the pump.

 

5. Quality Assurance of Product Design

 

The excellent hydraulic model and three-dimensional CAD modelling software are used for the design of the internal flow channel, the resin sand casting process for the over-flow parts is delicate and smooth, the hydraulic efficiency is 2%-3% higher than that of the same product, the cavitation margin is small, and the pump has strong suction capacity. This excellent hydraulic model provides a guarantee for the good performance of the pump.

 

6. Quality Assurance of Product Operation Specification

 

In addition to technical drawings and process documents, the company has more than 100 quality system operation specifications, operating instructions and management system documents to guide production and operation, which strictly stipulate the operation specifications and ensure the conformity of product quality.

We guarantee that our products are manufactured and inspected in compliance with relevant national standards. No substandard products will ever leave our factory. We are committed to strictly adhering to product warranties and implementing national after-sales service provisions for industrial products. If, within 12 months of installation, the buyer confirms correct product installation and usage as per our guidelines, and identifies design, material, or processing defects, the Company will recall the defective products for free repair or replacement upon receipt of a written application.

 

 

3. For any quality objections raised by the user regarding our products, the Company ensures that processing advice will be provided within 24 hours. If on-site solutions are required, qualified technical service personnel will be dispatched. Our service personnel will not leave until the quality issues are resolved. Every user feedback and the outcomes of product quality treatments are diligently recorded.

 

 

4.In any case, the company will not bear the labour, materials, equipment, engineering or other related joint costs due to the repair and replacement of defective products. The Company's after-sales service commitment may be substituted for other express or implied forms of product quality warranty and may be considered the sole indemnity of the buyer and the sole responsibility of the seller.
